1) DEFINITION
SICO ITALIA is defined seller.

3) DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

5) DEFECTS AND FLAWS
The Buyer shall check the goods delivered within a maximum of 60 (sixty) days from delivery. After this time no claims will be accepted. In any case, the complaint must be made in writing within 8 (eight) days after discovery of defects. The buyer is obliged to provide samples of the products at issue indicate the number and date of the delivery note of the defective product that the seller can identify the root causes and corrective actions. The Seller will not accept returns of goods not the same objections previously and expressly authorized. However are not authorized returned goods relating to shipments made more than 2 (two) months from the date of delivery. In any event the Seller does not accept charges for standard costs of complaint handling by the Buyer. Any costs of sorting or rework products delivery claims must be planned in advance by Buyer and expressly approved by Seller.
6) TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment terms are specified in the offer or order confirmation. In case of default of the Purchaser to the payment obligations, even partial, Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel contracts and supply current and to charge interest equal to the discount rate by the ECB increased by 6%.
7) CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The buyer can not make public and not to disclose technical information or knowledge that may be provided by Seller.
The buyer agrees to take all appropriate steps to keep secret the confidential information.
8) DISPUTES
Any dispute is a matter for the Court of Brescia.
